Guaranteed Delivery
Shipping takes between 2 and 7 working days from the day you place the order. Monica Trevisi ships through Mail Boxes Etc., who may require the delivery to be signed for. If you are not home when the courier comes, the driver will leave a card telling you how you can collect the goods or will make 2 further delivery attempts. Please remember, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been sent. In addition, it is our policy not to send another shipment if you were unable to receive the original shipment.
Returns
If you are not happy with the goods purchased for any reason, you always have the option of returning the items purchased – provided they have not been worn – within 8 days of delivery. Goods must be sent back at your own expense. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and still have their labels attached.
To return items purchased online, please fill out the return form delivered with the goods and send it with the parcel. Send the parcel to the following address:

Important: you must quote the order number or numbers when returning goods.
Once we have received the returned goods, they will be inspected. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and still have their relevant labels attached. Any items that are not in said condition will be sent back to you. The amount paid for the items being returned will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return: the refund will be credited back to the card that was used to purchase them. Goods must be sent back at your own expense. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not sent to us correctly so, when returning items, we recommend you use a mail service that includes insurance covering the value of the shipment or issues an advice of delivery.
